Chris Gordon

Founder | Leadership & Strategy

Chris Gordon is the founder of Rockport Leadership, a consulting practice dedicated to helping leaders and teams unlock clarity, strengthen trust, and accelerate performance. With more than 15 years of experience in executive development, organizational effectiveness, and high-stakes team coaching, Chris brings a practical, insight-driven approach that helps clients make meaningful progress on what matters most.

He has designed and led leadership programs for global organizations, guided executive teams through cultural and operational transitions, and supported more than 27,000 leaders in using behavioral insights to improve collaboration and decision-making. Whether facilitating team off-sites, coaching senior leaders, or building long-term development strategies, Chris specializes in turning complex challenges into simple, actionable steps that create real momentum.

“My passion is supporting leaders and their teams as they navigate their unique challenges by creating interactive experiences where they can communicate with each other at deeper levels than the office typically affords.” This belief shapes every engagement and reflects the heart of Rockport Leadership’s approach: meaningful conversations lead to meaningful change.

Chris is committed to serving his community as well. He is the Vice-Chair of the City of Edmond’s Capital Improvement Projects Advisory Committee, the Founding Board President of Cimarron School of Living Education, and a member of the Global Missions Team at his church.

A veteran facilitator, former Head of Customer Success for an AI-powered leadership platform, and U.S. Navy veteran, Chris pairs real-world operational experience with a warm, relational coaching style. His work helps leaders show up with purpose, communicate with intention, and build teams that thrive.

Being a husband and father to four young children doesn’t leave much time for hobbies, but when he gets the chance, Chris enjoys mountain climbing and following Major League Baseball.
